Notice and Takedown Procedures under Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c).

OmniDown ("we", "our", or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of creators and copyright holders. In compliance with the DMCA, we respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Technical Nature of OmniDown Utility

OmniDown is a web tool helper designed to parse publicly accessible media links and assist users in viewing or downloading content. OmniDown does not host, store, stream, or re-transmit media files on its servers. All media data is processed statelessly directly from public third-party content delivery networks (CDNs).

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that any content link processed via OmniDown infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notice containing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright holder or representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the specific media URL or link claimed to be infringing.
  • Sufficient contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
  • A statement of good faith belief that the contested use is unauthorized.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate.
