OmniDown operates on a strict privacy-first foundation:

• We do not require user registration or account creation.
• We do not host, store, or copy user-submitted media URLs or downloaded video files on our backend servers.
• All conversion requests pass directly through ephemeral stream proxies without logging browsing history.

3. Log Files & Analytics

OmniDown follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
