1. Permitted Personal & Educational Use

OmniDown is provided solely for non-commercial, personal, and educational backup purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring that their media extraction activities comply with applicable local laws, fair-use provisions, and original content license agreements.

2. Prohibited Activities

  • Extracting copyrighted content for commercial resale, distribution, or public display without rights holder consent.
  • Attempting to bypass security systems, automated rate limiters, or server protections.
  • Using automated bot scripts to overload or disrupt OmniDown media extraction servers.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. OmniDown does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or compatibility with third-party web platforms.
